Back in 2012 when I was on my way to school (elementary school), I saw a crowd gathered in front of house just one block from my place. I notice there were people holding camera so I immediately knew those are journalists. I didn't think much during the day at school. But when I watched the evening news on TV, I learned there was molotov thrown to 2 houses of retired serviceman of Indonesia National Army (TNI). And that's all I could gathered because the avenue of getting information was limited to TV and newspaper. Internet were relatively new, expensive, and still using dial-up and copper cable if I recall.

Fast forward to current days, while I was browsing and binge watching YouTube, suddenly I'm reminded by this incident. But sadly, the information I could gather remain the same from back in 2012:

• that the perpretators have not been caught,
• this criminal act are not related to terrorism,
• nobody lost their live, but one of the retired serviceman got injured while chasing down the perpretrators after slipped and fell due to wet garage floor after raining, mixed with spilled gasoline from the molotov being thrown at their house. This molotov burned one side of the wall from his house
• other retired serviceman's house who also got molotov thrown at them cause the hanged laundries burned but luckily they are not hurt
